This website focuses on the MTC method and strongly recommends it, but there are numerous alternatives. Described below are a few commercially available weight-based methods:

Weight-based methods

PUD method
PUD (Penile Uncircumcising Device), a stainless steel weight that the remaining foreskin is taped onto.

BUD method
BUDs (British Uncircumcising Device). Types A through D are tape-based weights very similiar to the PUD device. Type E is described on the Tape-less methods page.

Foreballs
Foreballs are also stainless steel weights, but they are shaped differently from the PUD and use a different taping style.

PPB method
PPB method (Powdered Pull Balls) uses a weight similar in style to Foreballs, except instead of using tape, it attaches using a tape-less clamp.

Second Skin method
The Second Skin method is simply cross-taping using adjustable extenders: Second Skin Cones. Second Skin also has weighted cones available, which provide a greater amount of tension than an ordinary silicone extender.
