Cross-taping > Using an extender

After you have regrown enough foreskin to render normal cross-taping ineffective, one of the cross-taping variants you can use is cross-taping with an extender.

See the video of the MTC method

Using an extender

You can make an extender to be placed under the foreskin when cross-taping to keep it stretched. The drawback of this method is the discomfort. By the time you might consider using an extender, your glans penis will have become used to being protected for well over a year and objects pressed against it will be difficult to tolerate. This can somewhat be alleviated by ensuring the extender is perfectly fitted to the glans penis. In the example shown, a plaster cast has been made of the penis and a silicone extender was molded from it.
